The aim of the project has been to facilitate the transition to community life for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, in this case in San Sebastián de los Reyes. In this context, ALC has implemented a developmental evaluation approach that integrates tools such as community mapping, active listening and co-creation, together with adaptive management in real time, to design and consolidate the figure of the community connector as a key axis of the project.
